Job Templates

Zamdit enables full customization of the hiring process stages, with tools to streamline setup by allowing templates for each section within a stage and for the entire pipeline. Default templates are provided for each section and email type in the process, and you can create as many additional templates as needed.

Users can create private templates for personal use in job setups, while Admin users can create public templates accessible to all team members. Many templates are language-specific, so when setting up a job, you can only use templates that match the job's language. Personal templates are visible only to the user who created them, while public templates are available to any user but can be edited only by Admin users.

Each template requires a name and description for easy identification. They also provides a preview option that allows you to see how candidates or references will view the template before saving changes.

Here’s an overview of each template type available in Zamdit:

  • Application Forms: Application forms, filled out by candidates, include basic details such as first and last name. Over 30 predefined fields are available, with the option to add custom fields, which can also be used for pre-qualification.
  • Emails to Candidates: Zamdit handles 25 scenarios requiring emails to candidates. Email templates can be created for each scenario, with placeholders to auto-populate fields in the subject and body when sending the final email.
  • Emails to Third Parties: Similar to candidate emails, Zamdit supports five scenarios for emails sent to external recruiters, references, and reviewers. Templates for these emails also support placeholders for dynamic content.
  • Interview Evaluations: For stages that involve interviews (phone, online, or in-person), evaluation templates include scorecards and questions to standardize candidate evaluations.
  • Reference Questionnaires: Reference questionnaires can be sent to references provided by candidates, offering essential insights to aid decision-making.
  • Interview Questionnaires: These questionnaires allow you to gather in-depth information from candidates. They can include various question types, such as video responses, reference checks, and file uploads.
  • Candidate Feedback Forms: Displayed to candidates after online assessments, these forms capture feedback on the tests, helping to enhance future hiring processes.
  • Assessment Setups: These templates specify assessment configurations. Tests are selected and finalized during individual job setups.
  • Offer Decision Forms: When extending a job offer, decision forms collect candidate responses directly within the system. Templates allow configuration of text and settings for these forms.
  • Interview Schedules: Schedule templates let you define available dates and times for candidates to book interviews, streamlining interview coordination.
  • Hiring Pipelines: Hiring pipelines define the stages and automation rules for each role. These templates offer predefined pipelines that incorporate templates from previous sections, creating a fully customized workflow.
