Jobs or positions in Zamdit represent specific roles within your organization that hiring teams are actively seeking to fill. Each job contains essential information, including the job title, description, responsibilities, and required qualifications. Jobs can be created by Advanced or Admin users, while any user can be added to a hiring team. Only the job owner or authorized users can edit a job. Jobs transition through four main statuses: Draft, Active, Complete, and Archived. By default, archived jobs are hidden from the page that lists all jobs. Once a job is activated, it can be promoted through various channels and start receiving candidates, who can then be managed from the Job Progress Board.
