Zamdit offers four service tiers, with monthly and annual payment options. Annual plans provide two free months, offering a 16.7% discount. Before setting up your subscription, you can select your preferred currency: United States Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR), or British Pounds (GBP).

Features included in all plans

Every plan comes with these essential features:

• Unlimited Jobs – Create as many job postings as you need.
• Online Assessments – Include assessments in your recruitment process, each with up to six tests.
• Online Interview Questionnaires – Customize interview questionnaires with unlimited questions organized by sections, including section jumps for complex workflows.
• Reference Questionnaires – Request references through questionnaires directly sent to referees from within the platform.
• Access to System Test Library – Add any system test from our extensive test library to your assessments.
• Unlimited Custom Tests – Create and add as many custom tests as you need.
• Collaboration with External Recruiters – Work seamlessly with external recruiters through a dedicated portal.
• Customizable Careers Portal – Design your own branded career portal, automatically listing all your open positions.

Additional features for Standard plan and higher

The Standard plan and higher tiers offer the following premium features:

• Custom Career Portal Domain – Deploy your career portal on your own domain.
• Custom Email Domain and Templates – Send emails from your custom domain and use personalized email templates tailored to your brand.

Users and candidate limits

Each plan has a defined number of user accounts. External recruiters do not count toward this user limit. If you require additional users, you can upgrade your plan. If you’re already on the highest plan, contact us for assistance in adding more users.

Each plan also includes a candidate limit, which can be exceeded for an additional per-candidate charge. Higher plans offer a lower rate for additional candidates. To avoid surpassing the candidate limit, you can select the restriction option under Additional Candidates in the “Plan and Billing” view.

ℹ️ Note

All plans are billed in advance, and any additional candidates are invoiced monthly, regardless of the main billing cycle.

Pricing and VAT

Prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT is charged at 20% for UK-based businesses and non-VAT-registered EU businesses. EU clients with a valid VAT number can benefit from the reverse charge mechanism by providing their VAT information during subscription setup.
