Upgrade Your Subscription

To upgrade your subscription click Change Plan and select your new plan. If you’re currently on a monthly plan, you also have the option to switch to an annual plan, which offers two free months, effectively providing a 16.7% discount. Note that changing the billing cycle will reset the subscription cycle date.

If you upgrade while your current subscription is active, Zamdit applies proration to adjust for the new rate over the remaining days in the current billing period, ensuring accurate billing. Before proceeding, you’ll see a detailed breakdown of any charges. Unpaid charges for extra candidates will also be settled at this time, and your candidate usage count will reset to zero upon moving to the new plan.

If the system cannot automatically collect payment for the upgrade, you’ll have the option to confirm the payment manually within 23 hours. During this period, you may also cancel the upgrade from the Plan & Billing section.
