Inactive Status
When your subscription has been cancelled, access to Zamdit is restricted until a new subscription is activated. If you log in during this time, you’ll be redirected to the Inactive Status page.
For Account Owners
If you are the account owner, this page will display your current plan and options to update your plan or set up a new subscription. Once payment is confirmed, your subscription will reactivate, and all users will regain access to Zamdit.

For Other Users
If you are not the account owner, you’ll see a message indicating who the account owner is, as only they can renew the subscription. If the account owner is no longer with the company, you have the option to contact our support team directly from this page.

Data Retention Policy
Your data is securely stored for six months following cancellation. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted, so please renew within this timeframe if you wish to retain access.
