Job Reports offer detailed insights into hiring activities and candidate progression for individual jobs. Accessible directly within the Progress Board, these reports provide a focused view of metrics and trends specific to a single job’s hiring process. Unlike General Reports, which aggregate data across multiple jobs, Job Reports are tailored to help you monitor and optimize the performance of individual roles.
Available Job Reports
The following reports are available within the Progress Board:
- Recruitment Funnel: A visual representation of candidate progression through the stages of the hiring process, from initial application to final hire, helping you assess the overall efficiency of your recruitment efforts.
- Pipeline Progression: Tracks the movement of candidates through each stage of the hiring pipeline, identifying bottlenecks or stages with high dropout rates to help refine your process.
- Time Spent in Stages: Provides the average time candidates spend in each pipeline stage, offering actionable insights into which stages may require process adjustments for improved efficiency.
- Team Activity: Summarizes the number and type of actions performed by each team member, highlighting individual contributions and overall hiring team engagement.
- Candidates by Source: Analyzes the effectiveness of different sourcing channels by showing the number of candidates sourced and their progression through the pipeline, helping you identify your most productive sources.
- Candidate Progress Over Time: Displays charts tracking candidates' status over time during the hiring process, with options to toggle between daily and weekly visualizations for a clearer view of pipeline trends.
These reports enable hiring teams to make data-driven decisions, optimize their processes, and better understand the performance of individual job postings.
